Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process your order.

RX lens orders

If you order Styrkeglass, you are responsible for providing accurate prescription information, PD values, and other required selections. RX lens orders are custom-made. If prescription information is missing, inconsistent, or unclear, we may contact you before processing. Once custom lens production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or return except where required by law or where the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the selected site currency where tilgjengelig. Payment is processed at checkout using the payment methods offered on the site.
