Orders

RX lens orders

If you order RX lenses, you are responsible for providing accurate prescription information, PD values, and other required selections. RX lens orders are custom-made. If prescription information is missing, inconsistent, or unclear, we may contact you before processing. Once custom lens production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or return except where required by law or where the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the selected site currency where available. Payment is processed at checkout using the payment methods offered on the site.
