Returns & Refunds Policy

If you would like to return an item, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions by email.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in suitable condition for inspection and should include the original frame, case, and any included accessories where available.

Return shipping

For approved standard returns, we will confirm the return method and shipping instructions by email. Do not send items back without return approval.

Original shipping charges

Orders do not include a separate original shipping charge because Night Drive Optics offers free worldwide shipping.

Refund timing

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Items not eligible for return

  • Items with damage caused after delivery
  • Items showing clear signs of use or wear beyond normal inspection
  • RX lens orders and other custom-made items, unless they arrive incorrect, damaged, or defective

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or with a manufacturing issue, please email [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number plus clear photos so we can help.
